The Cotton Mill Condos in the New Orleans Warehouse District is a great example of a 1900 warehouse turned into living spaces.  Its much larger than most people think…The Cotton Mills is 288 units and cover an entire block with a 25,000 sq. ft. Courtyard inside .  It is a block from the World War II Museum and maany other downtown attractions.

It has become a place for second homes since it has so many amenties that people can enjoy.  Its the best buy for condos around the 200k level in the Warehouse District.  Features include large windows, high ceilings, exposed beams, exposed bricks, wood floors,  Natural light and the feeling of a much larger space than they actually measure.

Amenties include a pool, courtyard, secure entrance, on site manager, large gym, nearby parking.  It is also well mananged which makes the values stay strong….
